At HeatCool we have a professional and experienced team of Gas Service Technicians, Electricians, Refrigeration Mechanics and Appliance Installers who are all fully licensed, insured and industry trained. Our service level goal is to have one of our dedicated team at your site within 24 hours of you first call into our Call Centre.
For the financial year 2010-2011 we logged and completed in excess of 15,000 service and maintenance jobs making us arguably the largest Heating and Cooling Service organisation in Victoria.
HeatCool is also an approved and preferred service provider for major energy retailers, appliance manufacturers and insurance companies.
Our Head Office hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm.
